Privacy policy
What we collect through this site, why, and your choices.
Polycrete (“we”, “us”) is a polished concrete, epoxy and honed floor business at 50 Mulwaree St, Goulburn NSW 2580. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
If you send a quote request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, suburb, the type of job and any details you add. We use it only to reply to you, give you a quote and run the job if you go ahead.
We also receive the technical data any website receives when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our hosting provider keeps this in its logs.
Who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the spam check on the form (Turnstile) and stores form submissions in its database.
- Resend delivers the notification email to us when a quote request is sent.
- Plausible Analytics counts visits and button clicks (for example “Call now” and “Get a quote”) so we can see what works. It uses no cookies, stores no personal information and does not follow you across sites.
- Google provides the map on the contact page. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
- Links to Facebook and Instagram take you to their sites, which have their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your details or use them for advertising. Some of these providers process data outside Australia.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies of our own on this site and we do not run advertising trackers. Our analytics (Plausible) works without cookies. The map and spam check mentioned above may set their own.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to quote and complete your job, and for our business records after that. We delete them when we no longer need them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Call us on 0468 965 583 or write to us at 50 Mulwaree St, Goulburn NSW 2580. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change this page, the date at the top changes with it.
